The client assumes the shipping costs of returning the product for evaluation by a Kirola Karbon expert.
Kirola Karbon reserves the right to replace the claimed product, its final decision being binding. In the event of total replacement of the claimed product, Kirola Karbon reserves the right, in those cases in which the models have been discontinued, to deliver the successor model in the range of colors available and, if not available, a model of top range.

The guarantee does not apply in any case to breakages or defects resulting from misuse of the component, from the assembly of other elements of other brands by the user, or by any third party on their behalf.
This guarantee does not cover in any case the usual wear and tear of the perishable elements of the product.
