To buy on the Web, the buyer must select the products of interest and include them in the virtual shopping cart as long as they are available.
Likewise, Kirola Karbon reserves the right to interrupt, temporarily or permanently, the supply of a product.
When the buyer has finished including the products in the shopping cart, he has to make the purchase payment. At this point the buyer’s data will be included for identification and delivery of the product, as well as the option of the payment method. When all these data are included and the payment is made, the buyer will receive an order confirmation email with the information related to the purchase made.
To ensure appropriateness to the consumer and user rights, these general terms and conditions are set according to the Spanish legislation, in accordance with the provisions of the Act 7/1998, 13 April, on General Terms and Conditions for Trading; the Act 7/1996, 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trading; the Civil Code, the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, 16 November, approving the Revised Text of the General Act for the Protection of Consumers and Users, and other complementary laws, together with their implementing regulations.

Any additional charges in the payment method chosen by the client (for example, bank processing fees) are the responsibility of the Client.
The price of the product includes 21% VAT. established in the Spanish state.
The costs mentioned for Payment do not include any import costs (for example, customs duties) in a certain country. These costs are borne by the Customer.
After ordering, prices may only be changed by circumstances beyond Seller’s control, such as significant changes in commodity prices, currency fluctuations, fees, levies, or other taxes. In these circumstances the Customer will be informed prior to delivery. Incoming orders will be responded to with an email order confirmation.
Once the payment is received, Kirola Karbon will have 15 calendar days to deliver the merchandise to the carrier. The reception, by the customer, will depend on the delivery address and the conditions of the carrier.
